Sonya Anderson is highly professional, fully qualified and experienced in providing remedial massage and reflexology.
The Remedial Massage speciality of this site is branded separately as that therapy is specifically targeted at working soft tissue and joints to improve efficient body movement. You need not be a sports person to benefit from this form of massage!

Superb! Was walking on air when I left my appointment. Would recommend Sonya to anyone who appreciates utmost professionalism coupled with ability! Will definitely be returning when my shoulders and neck need another remedial sports massage.
I have suffered from intermittent back pain for a number of years and struggled to find a solution.... I stumbled upon a card for Sonya in a local coffee shop, during a particular bad bout of back pain and made some appts... Sonya was the utmost professional... she took time in my first visit to gather lots of background ie was it repetitive, sports related, work related.. etc etc.. Six weeks on... my back feels better than it has in years.... I have ongoing exercises to do... some sensible tips to follow.. I can honestly say it's the best money I've spent in a long time.
