About the Business
I am a fully qualified member of the British Acupuncture Council and Acupuncture Fertility Network and licensed with both Cheshire East and Cheshire West & Chester Councils to practise acupuncture.
I trained at the Northern College of Acupuncture and subsequently qualified in Tui Na medical massage at Shulan College and Korean Hand Therapy with Jong Baik. I continue to upgrade my skills with continuing professional development each year.
Tui Na is a key component of Chinese Medicine alongside acupuncture and herbal prescription. Tui Na treats chronic pain, especially that caused by muscle-skeletal conditions and injuries. Neck, shoulder and back pain and immobility, sciatica and 'tennis elbow' all respond very well. In China, Tui Na is used for conditions that, in the West, would be treated by osteopaths, chiropractors and physiotherapists or with drugs.
