After a busy week the head massage took away all the tension in my neck and I was raring to go for the weekend.
I have been coming to Fiona for reflexology treatments for 4 months now and have found them to be most beneficial in treating my particular ailments. My health has definately improved and I feel less stressed and much calmer.
I have been having a back massage twice a week to de - stress after a busy day at work. I come away relaxed and feeling great. I always look forward to my next visit.
