Around 18 years ago I was diagnosed with IBS. Around 4 years ago I had my gallbladder removed due to gallstones. Since then my IBS has got so severe. I have severe diarrhoea all the time. I started keeping a diary to see if there was any link. I have since discovered an intolerance to all tomatoes. I have been staying away from eggs, fried food, spicy food and had 2 weeks with normal bowel habits. Unfortunately, i then ate garlic and was unwell again. Since then around 2 weeks ago I am avoiding my triggers identified but I'm still having regular and at times severe diarrhoea.
