Age of Light Holistic Therapies in Macclesfield offers a wide range of complementary therapies designed to relax, re-balance and de-stress both mind and body. Treatments can be provided in my relaxing therapy room or in your home on a mobile basis subject to agreement.
I am also available for bookings to provide presentations, workshops and taster sessions to groups and organisations. Topics include, Crystal healing, Stress Busters, ARC and Working with Angels. I can provide demonstrations of basic, beneficial massage techniques for those caring for an adult with a physical impairment, particularly wheelchair users.
I am an experienced and fully qualified Complementary therapist whose aim is to provide affordable, bespoke holistic treatments in Macclesfield and the surrounding area. As a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists I am fully insured and receive regular updates and training in the Therapies which I practice.
I have been providing Holistic therapy treatments for over ten years and have expanded my practice to include Workshops in Reiki, Crystal and Angelic energy-work. My workshops are particularly suited for those wishing to develop skills and strategies which will help to fulfill their highest potential.
Most of my Therapies can be adapted to suit individuals with mobility problems. Please let me know of any special requirements when enquiring or booking a treatment or Workshop. I can also cater for small groups, provide taster sessions, talks and presentations and demonstrations of massage techniques to use with family and friends

The aim of Crystal Therapy is to restore wholeness, balance and health on levels of emotions, mind, spirit as well as the physical body. Age of Light also provides crystal therapy workshops.
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is the practice of using essential oils therapeutically. Plant oils have been used for therapy for thousands of years with records going back to ancient Egypt, China and India. The essential oils that therapists use to treat conditions are complex substances containing many chemical components.
The oils aren’t concentrated from whole plant parts – unlike most herbal medicines – but are extracted from flowers, leaves, roots, peel, resin or bark. Essential oils are absorbed through your skin using massage to apply the oil diluted in a carrier base oil.
