About the Business
I started practising as a Massage Therapist in 1993 in Plymouth, Devon. I enjoyed it so much that I have gone on to study and qualify in Clinical Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Indian Head and Shoulder Massage and Reiki (a traditional form of healing). I have also undertaken an 18 month course in natural nutrition. I have had a varied and rewarding career, with over 18 years' experience and knowledge. I have worked alongside other healthcare practitioners, such as chiropractors in a multi-disciplinary centre. I spent a year as a practitioner at St Luke's Hospice in Plymouth and for Macmillan Cancer Care. I have also worked on community-based projects, treating the elderly and the socially disadvantaged.

I thought I would never find a relief for Premenstrual Tension. With the benefits of Aromatherapy massage by Helen and home treatment advice on the use of essential oils, I am feeling so much better and my symptoms have greatly reduced.
I’ve had a shoulder problem for 20 years but after two visits to Helen, it’s totally pain free and I’ve had no trouble for 4 years. Helen is remarkable and I can happily recommend her.
