Rhondda has recovered from the debilitating symptoms of ME by incorporating the skills and processes that she now shares with others. She is committed to setting life goals with an awareness that our health and well-being is the main spring-board to achieving our goals and finding peace.

Rhondda consults from her home clinic in Gloucestershire and is passionate about encouraging and helping others in their quest to become well and regain their vitality. She aims to offer compassion and inspiration and is committed to sharing the information that will empower and encourage you to make inspired and considered lifestyle choices. Access Consciousness process

Access Consciousness offers a set of tools and practices founded by Gary Douglas over twenty years ago in California. The process is referred to as ‘Running the Bars.’ It’s a relaxing procedure that can clear space in the sub-conscious mind. Old, obsolete, ideas and judgements can be realised making room for a new, more conscious way of ‘being’ that is not determined by past conditioned reactions.

There are 32 bars of energy that run through our head that connect to different aspects of our life. They store the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that we have ever had about anything. There are Bars for healing, body, control, awareness, creativity, power, aging, sex and money; 32 different ones in all. Each Bar corresponds with that aspect or area of our lives that it is named. By clearing away the energy locked up allows for an exponential change.

Conditions helped by nutritional therapy range from relatively minor health problems, such as fatigue, to more chronic complaints, such as depression, arthritic joint pain, skin disease, childhood development disorders, migraines, eating disorders and asthma and pretty well any condition can be helped by improving ones diet and addressing deficiencies and toxicities.

Cognitive Therapy

Cognitive Therapy helps in becoming familiar with an interactive cycle within which we all operate all the time. There are events, the appraisal of the event (thoughts), the feeling reaction to the event (emotions) and then the behavioral and physiological response to the event or situation, and also the chain of events, and all that it includes.

Cognitive Therapy looks at the whole cycle but focuses initially on thinking, what is being said to oneself in the ‘self talk’ that can become involuntary, repetitive and very often negative. It helps bring upon the realisation that we are not victims of external events, instead we are creators of our reality.

Cognitive Therapy empowers you to have more control of how you feel and behave, and helps you to be less reactive in situations that are challenging and upsetting. Results can be experienced quite quickly, often within the course of six hourly sessions.
