This massage is performed with client fully clothed and seated in a massage chair. Especially good for relieving stress, tension, fatigue, insomnia and headaches. Deeply calming and relaxing form of therapy.

Swedish or Holistic Massage

This is the most common massage therapy, involving long smooth strokes, kneading and circular movements on superficial layers of muscle using an appropriate massage oil. It is a very gentle and relaxing massage designed to promote feelings of health and well-being.

It is useful for treating stress and stress related conditions and for maintaining equilibrium within the body. It also helps significantly to reduce muscular tension and injury related conditions. This massage is performed with client lying down on massage bed.
