Established in 1995 Body Essence is now a successful and well-respected holistic healing centre with a large and growing number of content and satisfied clients. We are aged 93 and 92 years old. We live in a bungalow and with some help still look after ourselves. We believe a great help to our longevity is regular reflexology and occasional massage to combat the aches and pains that appear with old age. We started having reflexology 20 years ago and can recommend it for helping to have a long, healthy and happy life.
