About the Business

Having studied Five Elements acupuncture at the Traditional College of Acupuncture in Leamington Spa, I have been in practice serving patients in the Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, Lichfield and Tamworth areas within the UK for over 30 years. I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council and I am also qualified as an Emotional Freedom Technique (E.F.T.) practitioner.

For a long time, the mind/body link and the impact that self-awareness has on our inner core has fascinated me, as well as how they influence the 5 Elements in the way they manifest in us and around us in the world.
