About the Business

These are all techniques to manage stress, reduce pain and improve our sense of well-being. I run stress management workshops and courses in Reiki & Seichem and Indian head massage. My favourite place to work is my treatment room in Fulwood, Sheffield, but I have also worked in the rehearsal rooms and dressing rooms of Sheffield Theatres and in various South Yorkshire police stations.
