Hello, I am Adrienne Tollman and I run Natural Wellness Reflexology & Massage. I am a fully qualified complementary therapist, with Level 3 qualifications in Reflexology, Massage and Aromatherapy. I am also trained in Advanced Reflexology Techniques. I am a recognised member of the leading UK association, the Association of Reflexologists.

I have hugely benefitted from a course of reflexology following on from a recent illness that kept me off work for nearly three months. Adrienne is a true expert in her field of practice and I have experienced renewed energy, increased resistance to infections and an overall sense of positive wellbeing. Having completed my course of 6 treatments I have now booked a monthly visit to maintain all the good things that reflexology has supported me with.
