My name is Jackie Furby and I am the owner of Phoenix Holistics. I offer a full range of therapies in a peaceful and calm environment to help you feel totally relaxed and revived, restoring balance to mind, body and soul. So, if you're aching on waking, feeling stressed and depressed, have particular conditions to address, or simply in need of some "me time" then you've come to the right place!

Reflexology - 1 Hour – £35:
A deeply relaxing and soothing treatment using light thumb pressures on the feet to clear energy blockages, uric acid and calcium accumulations are dispersed, the circulation of blood is stimulated and the body is restored to perfect balance. Reflexology treatments for Infertility & pregnancy are also available.
Traditional Thai Foot Massage - I Hour – £35:
Traditional Thai Foot Massage is an ancient method of therapeutic healing which, as with so many other therapies, has its roots in India. Working along the energy (or Sen) lines the lower legs and feet are massaged using rubbing, stretching and kneading actions. Using a wooden acupressure tool, specific Reflexology/pressure points are stimulated on the feet resulting in energy blockages being released thus helping the body to restore itself to perfect balance. This lovely treatment promotes a wonderful feeling of well-being as well as increasing energy levels and improving overall health.
Reiki - 1 Hour – £35:
This natural healing treatment gently helps to ease pain, balance the body’s own energies and induce deep relaxation. Reiki can bring comfort and peace in a stressful world and is particularly helpful in times of distress or exhaustion. The treatment is non-invasive and clothing need not be removed.

I am an older person and had been feeling very stiff, my daughter suggested a massage but I could not face getting undressed for a treatment. Anyway when I contacted Jackie she suggested Reflexology – a massage on my feet. I am quite ashamed of my old feet but it did not matter at all, Jackie was so nice about everything. The reflexology really helped and afterwards I felt like I had had a full body massage. I don’t know how that works but it does. I am going to ask my family to give me vouchers from Pheonix for my Christmas presents.
