Reflexology is an ancient Chinese therapy which is based on the principal that each part of the foot corresponds to a part of the body and by applying finger or thumb pressure systematically over the whole of both feet, the body is encouraged to balance itself in every.

During a Reflexology session, tender areas will be felt on the feet which relate to imbalances in certain parts of the body, and those areas will receive extra attention. Reflexology may help many ailments including back/neck trouble, hormonal imbalances, headaches / migraine, stress and anxiety and insomnia.

Reiki works on many different levels – mental, emotional, physical and spiritual, to aid in the treatment of a wide range of ailments, with the possibility of bringing about extraordinary changes in peoples lives. Distant Reiki can be transferred to anyone anywhere without having to be physically there with them and can be as effective as a hands-on treatment.

This ancient therapy works on upper back, neck and shoulders aswell as the head. Benefits and effects can include relaxation of muscles and stiffness, ‘knots’ in muscles released, increase of oxygen to muscles, improved circulation, stimulation of lymph flow, joint mobility, promotion of hair growth, relief of eyestrain, tinnitus, jaw ache, sinus congestion and insomnia.
