Touch is a basic human need, throughout our lives a caring touch is fundamental to our health and sense of well-being. So my therapies are to target the physical and - where necessary - the psychological /emotional side of my clients. Psychological and Emotional Conditions are equally numerous and range from Anxiety and Anger through to Worry and here the use of specific Aromatherapy Oils within massage are extremely beneficial. Most of my clients come to me through word of mouth recommendations and I have treated a wide variety of conditions and complaints from insomnia, post operative oedema, pain associated with arthritis and rheumatism, pre and post event massage for marathon runners.

Lisa’s body massages and manual lymphatic drainage massages helped me enormously to cope with the side effects of the chemotherapy and lymphoedema. I highly recommend her!! I have not found a therapist like her, and I have to say I have been treated by many.
