About the Business

Experiencing pain in specific parts of the body can be both uncomfortable and frustrating. Reflexology treatment focuses on the belief that certain areas of the feet directly relate to regions of the body, allowing our calming treatments to help heal and soothe tentions and pains.

My journey into complimentary therapies started over 10 years ago in South Africa through me looking for an alternative way to cope better with stress and it's physical symptoms. I was fascinated with the way essential oils and massage can have a healing effect on the body and mind. I have studied and trained with The Complimentary Health Centre and Camelot Spa group in Cape Town, South Africa and Morley College and Citylit in London.
