About the Business

Whether it's to unwind after a busy day, to ease tension or to uplift you there is a treatment for you. I entered this profession because I am a caring person who wants to help people, whether that be through helping them to relax or easing their tension.

I am registered blind (however I do have some vision) but I do not let this hold me back, I do what I can to overcome the obstacles life gives me and feel that this limitation allows me to be a better therapist, relying more on what I feel than what I see, helping me to find tension and deal with it effectively. If you've had a massage in the past and there hasn't been enough pressure, I'd like to see if I can do better!

Aromatherapy

The oils can be pre-blended or carefully hand chosen and blended to focus on up to 4 requirements of each client. Requirements may include; relaxation, stress relief, mental/physical fatigue, muscle tensions, joint pain, mood swing, menopause, depression, anxiety, frustration, concentration. Oils can also be catered to suit skin type and benefit skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary health therapy, based on the theory that different points on the feet, hands and face/ears correspond with different organs and systems of the body. As well as providing a treatment to promote holistic bliss within the body, I will focus the treatment to cater to each clients individual needs dependent on their medical conditions and desires.

Massage

Body massage treatments use pressure tailored to your individual needs and is designed to relieve tension and mental fatigue. Promoting blood circulation and lymphatic drainage, body massage cleanses the body of its naturally built up toxins allowing the body to work more effectively and efficiently resulting in improved mental and physical well-being.
