As an experienced and fully qualified Reflexologist and Reiki Practitioner, my aim is to help you restore balance into your life, providing relaxation and reducing the stress levels often experienced in today’s hectic lifestyle. You may wish for a single visit or a course of treatment aimed at assisting a specific problem. A combination of therapies can also be beneficial, such as Reflexology and Reiki.
Choosing your therapist is an important and personal decision - you need to be assured of professional competence, empathy and a commitment to help you achieve your aims regarding your physical and emotional health and well-being.
It is now recognised that prolonged periods of stress and worry may ultimately lead to physical “dis-ease”. Complementary therapies should be therefore be seen as preventative as well as remedial - regular treatments can help boost your immune system and aid relaxation and recuperation.
As an Usui Reiki Master Teacher, I run Usui Reiki training courses on a regular basis in Swanage, Dorset. Residential accommodation can be arranged if required, with double and twin rooms (single occupancy available). I am happy to offer an informal consultation to discuss treatment options.

Indian Head Massage
Based on the ancient system of medicine known as Ayurveda, Indian Head Massage has been practiced for thousands of years to achieve a balance of mind, body and spirit. It has been adapted for Western society and includes massage of the upper back, arms, neck and face, all areas where tension is held. This treatment can be carried out through clothing if preferred , making it ideal for use in a workplace environment, or using a carrier oil with appropriate essential oils to gain additional benefit.
