About the Business

THRIVE is an integrative wellness plan developed Dawn Hamilton. Dawn did her nutrition training at The Institute for Optimum Nutrition. She is registered with BANT and the CNHC. Consultations and coaching is available at clinics in Central London and the City as well as via Skype. Lack of energy, burnout, low mood, poor sleep, ongoing stress and anxiety have a significant impact on our lives. All of these conditions can respond positively and quickly to dietary and lifestyle changes.

The power of diet and nutrition to affect your wellbeing is immense. Scientific research has found that nutrition impacts pretty much every health condition you can think of. Your mind and emotional balance are also significantly influenced by your nutritional status. Changes to your nutrition and diet can quickly lead to improvements in your health.
