About the Business
We provide family healthcare, from birth into old age, with a cohesive team of therapists who are able to appropriately refer between themselves and other health care professionals to offer the best possible support through the progress of each person's health issue. We are a circle of practitioners with the skills, insight and care to be able to offer relief from a wide spectrum of health challenges, from bad backs to migraines, from depression to creaky knees, colicky babies to chronic tiredness.
Along with a broad range of therapies there are classes and workshops such as yoga, pilates, the Alexander Technique and Reiki. We have a fully equipped Pilates studio, which dovetails very well with the therapies on offer at the Centre. The Centre is set in the Brockley Conservation Area, based in a spacious Victorian building which possesses a sense of calm and peacefulness.
